A basic Lemon Chess Bars recipe with a buttery crust and sweet-tart lemon filling. Simple, crowd-pleasing dessert excellent for picnics, events, & summer time baking.

1 giant egg

8 oz. cream cheese softened
½ cup butter delicate or melted
3 eggs
3 cups of powdered sugar
¼ cup lemon juice
